Milan are expected to move for a new striker in the January transfer window, with Massimiliano Allegri keen to add firepower to a side struggling in front of goal.
Current options have failed to convince, with Santiago Gimenez reportedly not fitting into Allegri’s tactical plans and Christopher Nkunku managing just one goal so far this season.
Among the potential reinforcements, Niclas Füllkrug has emerged as a concrete option, according to Sportal.

The German forward, currently at West Ham, has endured a difficult spell in England, scoring only three times in 27 appearances since his €27m move from Borussia Dortmund.
His agent recently hinted that a January exit is possible as the 31-year-old looks to rediscover form and confidence.
Milan also retain strong interest in Alexander Sørloth, who joined Atletico Madrid last summer.

However, competition from Premier League clubs could complicate matters, English sides are prepared to offer a permanent deal, while the Rossoneri would prefer an initial loan with an option to buy, a formula less appealing to the Spanish side.
Allegri has reportedly prioritised the addition of a physical centre-forward capable of complementing Nkunku and providing a more consistent goal threat in the second half of the season.
