The Swedish youngster Roony Bardghji arrived at FC Barcelona last year with high expectations. However, his first year at the Blaugrana club has not gone exactly as expected. The Swede understands that he needs consistent minutes at a high level to continue his growth at the current phase of his career. As a result, he asked the Catalan club for a departure at the end of the last season, either on loan or permanently, especially as the Blaugrana club has brought in two more players for the wings this summer, Anthony Gordon and Karim Adeyemi.

With the interest he is generating, it seems that looking for a new club would not really be difficult for Bardghji. Clubs like Leeds United, Brighton and Hove Albion, Sunderland, Porto, and Olympique Marseille are among the sides that have already shown an interest in him. Barcelona prefer a permanent departure, although they would like to keep some rights over the player.

Now, SPORT reports that the Portuguese club Sporting Lisbon has also entered this list, as they are looking to bolster their wings this summer. They saw two important departures from this area of the team, of Geovany Quenda and Francisco Trincao, from which they have generated around €100 million.

Barcelona got Roony Bardghji for only €3 million, and if they sell while retaining some rights and the player ends up breaking out in the coming years, they can easily make a significant profit on this investment. But for now, it remains for the Swedish forward to choose the best-suited team for him, and he would not have a shortage of suitors for this purpose.
