Napoli confirm Alisson Santos has completed a permanent transfer to the Stadio Maradona after an initial six-month loan spell from Sporting CP.
Brazilian winger Alisson Santos has completed a permanent €20m move to Napoli.
The Partenopei confirmed the deal with an official statement on Friday.
“Napoli announces that it has exercised the option to acquire the permanent registration of Alisson de Almeida Santos from Sporting Clube de Portugal,” the Partenopei said.

Alisson made his debut with the Partenopei on February 10, 2026, after completing an initial loan move with an option to buy from Sporting CP.
The 23-year-old scored four goals in 15 appearances across all competitions with the Partenopei in the second half of the campaign.
Napoli did not confirm the transfer fee for Alisson Santos’ permanent transfer, but according to several sources, including Sky Sport Italia, the Partenopei have paid €20m to secure his signature.
Earlier this week, Napoli confirmed another permanent move, that of Rasmus Hojlund, who had spent the 2025-26 campaign on loan at the Stadio Maradona from Manchester United.
Napoli have also parted ways with their coach Antonio Conte after two years and are expected to appoint Massimiliano Allegri as a replacement.
