Bayern Munich have concluded one third of their pending deals with Serie A outfits via the sale of winger Adin Licina to Juventus Turin. The 19-year-old moves to Juventus on a permanent basis. Current media reports confirm previous information related to the deal.

Bayern will not receive a transfer fee for the youngster, but have secured a 30 percent re-sale clause and future transfer matching rights for the player.

Licina featured for both the Bayern reserve team (16 appearances) in the fourth tier Regionalliga and the Bayern U19s (four appearances) this year. He scored two goals and contributed six assists in 20 appearances across all competitions.

For the time being, Licina will report to the Juventus Next Gen academy.

Statement on Adin Licina’s departure

“Adin Licina came to FC Bayern as a young talent, developed at our campus, and is now looking to make his mark in international top-flight football,” Bayern sporting director Christoph Freund noted in a club statement. “We wish him all the best for his future.“
