Palmeiras are moving towards keeping academy goalkeeper Kaique after his standout loan at Nacional, while several team-mates could be on the move this window.
According to Nosso Palestra, the club met the youngster in recent days and the expectation is he stays and reports back to the first-team group. That stance would change only if an offer judged excellent for both Palmeiras and Kaique arrives.
Abel Ferreira’s staff view him as Marcelo Lomba’s natural successor, the immediate back-up to Carlos Miguel.
Forward Luighi could depart, with initial signals of bids received and formal proposals awaited. A loan is not being considered at this stage.
Rômulo, signed in 2024 and currently at Novorizontino, has attracted enquiries from Brazilian Série A and overseas sides. Palmeiras have indicated they want to sell.
Naves will be sold. Famalicão have submitted a formal offer below the club’s valuation and Palmeiras are waiting for improved bids.
Midfielder Coutinho, an academy product and Under-20 captain, has interest from two undisclosed foreign clubs, and talks should progress towards a permanent move during this window.
