Paulo Fonseca said he will remain OL head coach next season.

According to Le Progres, the Portuguese closed his final pre-match news conference of the season on Friday with a smile, noting there would still be a post-match briefing.

He underlined that his contract runs until 2027, and it could yet be extended.

Fonseca added that he feels at home in Lyon, that he likes the city and the club, and that he believes strongly in the project.

Asked about doubts around the club’s finances, he said he is not a specialist, but he trusts in the club’s future.
