At our home match last Sunday that ended the season, the Porsche Youth Development programme presented the 2026 Turbo Awards, honouring three young players from our co-operation partners, the Red Bull Football Academy, for their outstanding achievements both on and off the pitch.
Best Athletic Development/Best Comeback After Injury: Paul Leitner (U15)

Paul joined the Red Bull Academy's U14 team and immediately impressed, being named player of the tournament at several youth competitions. A persistent knee problem sidelined the midfielder in the spring of 2025 and also cost him valuable playing time at the beginning of his time with the U15 team. After successful knee surgery, he worked hard on his comeback, gained playing time during the winter, and is now back where he belongs.
Best Academic Achievement: Michael Maleschek (U16)

Michael has gained some superb academic results. What also makes this centre-back so outstanding is that takes responsibility for his team and leads by example both on and off the pitch. Incidentally, last year's award winner, Valentin Zabransky, was in our Red Bulls' Bundesliga squad for the first time on the day of the award ceremony against TSV Hartberg!
Exceptional social commitment: Fabio Krumlacher (U15)

Fabio is much more than just a roommate in his boarding school group. With his care and organisational talent, he coordinates, communicates between the staff and the group - and proactively contributes to everyone's well-being. This reliability and his focus on the bigger picture makes the centre-back a true pillar of support for those around him, even off the pitch.
We warmly congratulate Paul, Michael, and Fabio on their awards!
