"I said I would never manage another team in England. So that means if I came back to England, it would be to Liverpool. Yes, theoretically, it’s possible. I love what I’m doing right now. I don’t miss coaching. Really, I don’t. I am still a coach, but it’s different—it’s not with players. I don’t miss it. I don’t miss standing in the rain for two and a half or three hours. I also don’t miss going to press conferences three times a week. I don’t miss having ten or twelve interviews every week. No, I don’t miss it. I don’t miss being in the dressing room. I’ve managed around 1,080 matches, so I was in the dressing rooms a lot. I don’t want to die in the dressing room because it smells bad. That’s the kind of thing. I’m 58 years old. From your perspective, that might seem old, but from another point of view, it’s not that old. That means I could make a decision in a few years. I don’t know. Do I have to decide today? I won’t be a manager anymore, but thank God I don’t have to decide now, I can just see what the future holds." he said.
