RC Lens will not appeal to CNOSF over postponed PSG match | OneFootball

RC Lens will not appeal to the CNOSF over the postponement of their PSG fixture, the club said.

The LFP board unanimously approved moving Lens v PSG, originally scheduled for 11 April, to lighten PSG's calendar before their Champions League quarter-final double header with Liverpool.

Lens could have referred the decision to the CNOSF's panel of conciliators, but chose not to pursue that route.

It examined the option with its legal advisers, but preferred to remain dignified and avoid a draining, time-consuming process with no guarantee, which could have sapped energy.

Despite disagreeing with the decision, Lens has accepted it responsibly and remains determined to pursue its sporting objectives. Ticketing information will be sent to each supporter individually by email.
