Roma’s summer friendlies schedule for the 2026-2027 season has been officially announced, with a program that will guide the Giallorossi toward their first competitive matches.

The preparation program will be divided into two distinct phases, combining internal training and international matches.

The first part of the retreat will take place entirely at the Fulvio Bernardini Sports Center in Trigoria.

Here, Gian Piero Gasperini’s team will undergo three joint internal training sessions between July 16th and 24th, helping them get some minutes into their training and begin building the team’s tactical identity.

Subsequently, Roma will begin a series of international away matches, facing opponents of varying levels to test their physical and technical condition.

The first match is scheduled for July 26th in Cannes, where the Giallorossi will face a local team competing in the French third division.

The tour will then continue in the United Kingdom, with three matches scheduled in August. The team will travel to Wales to face Cardiff and Newport, before closing out this phase with a match against Premier League club Brighton.

The pre-season will conclude with a highly anticipated international test, scheduled for August 15th at Signal Iduna Park against Borussia Dortmund. Details regarding ticket sales and TV coverage of the matches will be announced in the coming weeks, thus completing the organizational framework for the Giallorossi’s pre-season.
