Ruggeri’s agent: “Roma were interested, but…” | OneFootball

Tullio Tinti, Matteo Ruggeri’s agent, gave an interview to Sky Sport in which he discussed his client’s future.

“He had an extraordinary season with Atletico Madrid. To play in a place like Madrid, you need a big personality.”

\Tinti then went on to discuss the interest from Serie A clubs: “It’s normal that, after a season like this, there’s interest, not only from Roma and Fiorentina, who have been after him, but also from other Italian and foreign clubs.”

The agent, however, dismissed any possibility of a transfer: “However, Atletico and the player’s intention is to continue together. Nottingham Forest inquired about him in January, but he wasn’t on the market, and he still isn’t.”
