Liverpool have another special talent coming through. One wonderkid just made it 11 goals in eight games.
Kieran Morrison is in the form of his life right now. The teenager scored again for Liverpool Under 21s on Sunday in a 5-0 demolition of Wolves.
And that scoreline undersells it, really. Liverpool were 5-0 up with little more than half an hour gone, with things easing up after that.
Still, it took some sensational saves from Wolves' goalkeeper Alfie Brooks to keep the scoreline at just five. Liverpool easily could have hit seven or eight here.
Morrison, of course, was at the centre of things. He scored and assisted here, which doesn't even include his work that created an own goal.
It takes his recent run to 11 goals and three assists across his last eight Premier League 2 fixtures. A sensational string of form and a level that surely sees him bag more minutes for the senior side.
Morrison wasn't the only one to catch the eye here. Trey Nyoni was absolutely outstanding, forcing two Liverpool goals through elite high-pressing.
The midfielder, quite honestly, looks too good for the Under 21 level. It's got to be a loan next season at the very least, if not the Reds' first-team.
