Juventus give Dusan Vlahovic his first start of the season with Kenan Yildiz and Teun Koopmeiners in the Derby d’Italia against Inter’s Manuel Akanji, Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram.

It kicks off at the Allianz Juventus Stadium in Turin at 17.00 UK time (16.00 GMT).

Jonathan David is rested, so Vlahovic gets his first start of the season, having scored in both games so far off the bench.

Yildiz provides the creativity with Koopmeiners, while Weston McKennie is preferred to Filip Kostic on the left flank.

Inter had started the campaign crushing Torino 5-0, but were then stunned 2-1 at home by Udinese, piling pressure on coach Cristian Chivu.

The first big change is in defence, where former Manchester City man Akanji is thrown straight into the starting XI for his debut after a deadline day transfer.

Lautaro Martinez starts despite returning late from international duty with Argentina, while Henrikh Mkhitaryan returns in midfield rather than Petar Sucic.

Carlos Augusto is also preferred to Federico Dimarco on the left.
