St Mirren host Aberdeen in the Scottish Premiership on Saturday, 4 April 2026 at The SMISA Stadium, with ninth playing 10th and bottom half points in a live relegation battle.

Recent meetings have been tight. Aberdeen and St Mirren drew 3–3 in December after the Paisley side edged the October fixture 1–0.

St Mirren have won two of their last three in all competitions, including at Falkirk. The Dons are winless in five league matches and were beaten 4–1 by Rangers most recently, following draws with Dundee United and Falkirk.

The hosts could lean on width and aerial threat. They have scored 10 headed league goals and deliver plenty of open play crosses, with Declan John on five assists and Mikael Mandron a regular target. The Dons may look to feed Kevin Nisbet, who has seven league goals, and use their 77.64% pass accuracy to control spells.

A home win would take St Mirren to 30 points and could lift them towards ninth. Victory for the Dons would move them to 33 and could strengthen their hold on ninth, while a defeat may keep them looking over their shoulder.
