Suárez named in MLS Team of the Matchday after Montréal winner | OneFootball

According to Inter Miami, Luis Suárez has been named in the MLS Team of the Matchday for matchday 18 of the 2026 regular season.

The striker sealed a 1-0 victory away to CF Montréal last night, his winner stretching the club's regular-season winning run to six.

It is the third time he has made the selection this campaign, arriving across consecutive matchdays.

Suárez now has nine goals and five assists in 13 regular-season appearances in 2026, including six goals in his past three games.

Other Inter Miami Team of the Matchday honourees in 2026 include Javier Mascherano, Leo Messi, Telasco Segovia, Mateo Silvetti, Rocco Ríos Novo, Gonzalo Luján, Guillermo Hoyos, Rodrigo De Paul, Yannick Bright and Germán Berterame.

Their recognitions came across matchdays 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15, while Suárez was also selected on matchdays 15 and 16/17.
