Sunderland have issued guidance after widespread problems accessing online ticketing accounts left supporters frustrated. The club acknowledged the issue on Friday.
The club said in a statement that fans unable to log in should consult the FAQs first, then file a request via the Ticketing and Memberships section of the Help Centre.
Those submitting a request receive a query number, with a Ticket Office team member due to make contact within 72 hours. Cases will be handled in the order they arrive.
Users have reported difficulties with logins, password resets and viewing account details following recent changes to the system. Some also said reset codes were not arriving, and queried why the login method had been altered.
Others complained of unanswered calls and emails. One supporter asked if Brentford ticket sales would be held back until problems were fixed, and said their Black Cat points and history had disappeared.
There has been no indication that upcoming ticket sales will be delayed, and anyone still locked out is being directed to the Help Centre. The disruption comes after Sunderland overhauled major parts of their ticketing and membership operation during the summer ahead of another Premier League campaign.
