Sunderland have been linked with Boca Juniors midfielder Milton Delgado, with Leeds United and Everton also tracking the 20-year-old amid claims of European talks.
According to Sportsboom, Boca would consider a summer exit and Sunderland, Leeds United, Everton and Crystal Palace are closely monitoring his progress.
Delgado, a Boca academy graduate, has made more than 50 senior appearances. He is a regular for Argentina Under-20 and a senior call-up is widely expected over the coming years.
The defensive midfielder also has interest from Udinese and Torino in Serie A, Real Betis and Getafe in La Liga, and MLS sides Inter Miami and Atlanta United, who are both keen to use a "Young Designated Player" slot.
Boca have not received an official or written offer. The report adds that Delgado’s representatives went on a European tour last month to hold talks with clubs in Spain and England, without specifying which teams.
