Sunderland outline new membership scheme with prices, ballots and key details | OneFootball

Sunderland have unveiled a 2026/27 membership scheme, adding ticket ballots and benefits across three tiers for season-ticket holders and non-holders.

According to Sunderland Echo, memberships go on sale at 10am on Tuesday, July 14, with £10 off pre-season streaming for those joining before 8pm on Thursday, July 23.

Season Ticket Plus, £20, is an optional add-on for season-ticket holders, giving access to an away ballot from 10 per cent of each allocation. Existing rights are unchanged, and a mascot ballot covers ages six to 12.

Black Cats Adult costs £48 for those without a season ticket and includes home ballots for league, Europe and cups, plus access to the season-ticket waiting list. Black Cats Academy is for ages four to 18 at £30, then £20 per additional child.

Non-members may still buy home tickets only if any remain after member ballots, and the club have not confirmed ballot quantities. One membership is expected to equal one ticket, with rules for linked applications yet to be set out, a key point for families.

Away ballots are not open to non-season-ticket holders, they are reserved for Season Ticket Plus users. Black Cat Points continue separately, though 10 per cent of each away allocation is held back for the ballot.

Europa League home-ticket plans are not yet published. There is no indication season-ticket holders must buy Season Ticket Plus, and they are expected to be offered their seat, pending confirmation, with non-season-ticket holders able to enter home ballots via Adult or Academy.
