Manchester City and Brentford have confirmed their starting lineups ahead of today’s Premier League fixture at the GTech Community Stadium. Pep Guardiola’s side will be eager to pick up three points today to carry on the momentum they have built in their past six matches. Manchester City are unbeaten in their past six matches in all competitions. Pep Guardiola’s squad is beginning to grow as a team. A win today over a tough Brentford side would be huge for Manchester City’s confidence entering the upcoming international break. But they’ll have to be at their best against a Brentford side that is tough to beat at home.
For Manchester City, Rayan Ait-Nouri, Omar Marmoush, and Abdukodir Khusanov are all unavailable due to injury. Each player is expected back from injury after the international break. Rayan Cherki has travelled with the City squad for today’s match. The French international could feature in the City squad for the first time since August if he is selected in the Manchester City matchday squad for today’s match.
