Roma midfielder Tommaso Baldanzi spoke to Idealista while on international duty with Italy’s U21 team.

The Roma youngster discussed the difficult season that came to an end and Claudio Ranieri’s impact.

“It’s been tough. It was a season that started with some difficulties, but then we managed to do something extraordinary in the second half of the season thanks to mister Ranieri who gave us the right peace of mind.”

“I don’t have a specific memory to look back on. I would rather mention all these months of 2025 in which we made an incredible run that allowed us to get to Europe after a difficult first half of the season.”
