Two more Premier League clubs join the hunt for Barcelona star | OneFootball

Another pair of Premier League clubs have joined Chelsea in the race for Barcelona star Fermín López.

That’s according to El Chiringuito TV, who point towards Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur as the sides in question.

The name of youngster Fermín has of course dominated the headlines across Spain and England alike over recent days.

This comes after widespread confirmation was forthcoming that Chelsea had set their sights firmly on the 22-year-old’s signing ahead of the transfer deadline.

As alluded to above, though, if word stemming from the Spanish media over the last 24 hours is anything to go by, then the Blues are not the only ones interested… far from it.

As per El Chiringuito TV, Newcastle and Tottenham are also keen to bring Fermín to the Premier League over the days ahead.

The former appear particularly eager to strike a deal, potentially preparing to make use of the funds raised from Alexander Isak’s rumoured move to Liverpool.
