The Baggies made it consecutive wins in the second tier for the first time since August, first mauling Hull City 3-0 at The Hawthorns and then backing it up with a precious 1-0 win away at Ashton Gate over Bristol City.

It's propelled James Morrison's men four points clear of the bottom three heading into the final seven games of the campaign, with the squad full of confidence heading into their showdown with Wrexham on Good Friday.

However, the job is not yet done for the Baggies, who still have some crucial games to play that could see them get drawn back into the relegation mire.

One of those is away to Blackburn Rovers on Easter Monday, and it could prove to be a pivotal matchday as relegation rivals Leicester City travel to League One-bound Sheffield Wednesday, while Portsmouth host Oxford United.

Therefore, it's crucial Albion do their job and collect maximum points from Ewood Park to steer themselves further clear of the dropzone.

Last week, West Brom confirmed via their X account that they had sold out their original 4,417 allocation at Ewood Park, while the club were in discussions with Rovers about allowing the travelling supporters to have access to the upper tier, which includes a further 2,979 seats.

Meanwhile, the Black Country outfit have already laid on free coach travel, with 30 coaches transporting some supporters to and from Ewood Park on the day.

Now, the Black Country outfit have confirmed a sell-out, meaning Albion will have 7,396 supporters backing the team for a crunch relegation clash in Lancashire.

West Brom once again took to their X account to announce that the team would be backed by a sell-out crowd for their mammoth clash against Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park on Easter Monday.

It was revealed Albion will be taking an away following of 7,396 fans, making it their largest away following in a very long time.

Bumper West Brom crowd is a sign of James Morrison's magic

James Morrison has done a fabulous job so far since stepping back into an interim role, galvanising and making this Albion team so much harder to beat, while they are starting to add goals which is seeing them get over the lines in games to take maximum points.

Back-to-back wins heading into the international break is a massive confidence booster, and while the two-week layoff has probably come at a bad time, they know they'll be returning with every supporter fully behind them, which has been backed up by the away following to Blackburn.

Playing with the kind of heart and determination like they have done so far under 'Mozza' should see Albion stay up comfortably, while the incredible support of the West Brom faithful will play a big part in dragging the players through the rest of this relegation dogfight.

In a cagey atmosphere at Ewood Park when so much is on the line, having the sheer number of Baggies fans to roar on the team is exactly what the players need, and hopefully their support can spur the team on to claiming what would be another massive three points in the context of their survival bid.
