Wolves contracts after relegation, Doherty the only summer expiry

Wolves face a major summer reset after relegation, and only one senior player is out of contract. According to ExpressAndStar.com, Matt Doherty’s deal ends at season’s close, while most of the squad are tied down well beyond next year.
In goal, Jose Sa is contracted to June 2027 with an option, though he could move given interest. Sam Johnstone is signed to June 2028 amid uncertainty over his long term role. Daniel Bentley runs to June 2027 with an extra year option.
Ladislav Krejci’s loan has triggered an obligation to buy this summer, with his deal expected to run to 2030. Toti Gomes is tied to June 2029, and Yerson Mosquera to June 2030 with an option. Santiago Bueno and Hugo Bueno are signed to June 2028, while Pedro Lima is to June 2029.
David Moller Wolfe and Jackson Tchatchoua are contracted to June 2030, the latter with an option. Up front, Hwang Hee-chan is to June 2028 with an option, Tolu Arokodare to June 2029, Adam Armstrong to June 2029, and Nathan Fraser to June 2028 with an option.
In midfield, Andre is tied to June 2029 with an option and is expected to be among the main departures. Joao Gomes is under contract to June 2030 with a 12-month option and is unlikely to be at Wolves beyond the summer. Jean-Ricner Bellegarde runs to June 2028, Rodrigo Gomes to June 2029 with an option, with Mateus Mane and Enso Gonzalez also to June 2029.
