World Cup 2026 groups confirmed as final six qualifiers complete 48-team line-up

All 12 groups for the 2026 World Cup in Canada, the United States and Mexico are set. According to SuperDepor.com, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sweden, Türkiye, the Czech Republic, DR Congo and Iraq claimed the last play-off berths.
The Czech Republic slot into Group A with Mexico, South Korea and South Africa after 2-2 draws then shoot-out wins, 4-3 over Ireland and 3-1 against Denmark.
Bosnia and Herzegovina join Group B with Canada, Switzerland and Qatar, after penalty wins over Wales and Italy, the latter 4-1.
Türkiye complete Group D after 1-0 wins against Romania and Kosovo, and will face the United States, Australia and Paraguay in their third World Cup.
Sweden fill Group F by beating Ukraine 3-1 and Poland 3-2, and will line up with the Netherlands, Japan and Tunisia.
DR Congo complete Group K after a 1-0 win over Jamaica, returning to the finals for only the second time, the first as Zaire in 1974.
Iraq round off Group I after beating Bolivia 2-1 in Mexico, joining France, Senegal and Norway.
Already set at the draw were Group C, Brazil, Morocco, Scotland and Haiti, and Group E, Germany, Ecuador, Ivory Coast and Curaçao.
Also confirmed were Group G, Belgium, Iran, Egypt and New Zealand, Group H, Spain, Uruguay, Cape Verde and Saudi Arabia, Group J, Argentina, Algeria, Austria and Jordan, and Group L, England, Croatia, Panama and Ghana.
