Long-serving Liverpool left-back Andy Robertson seems certain to be reaching the end of his Anfield career.

Turning 32 this month the Scotland captain has been at the club since 2017. But this season he’s lost his place in the team to £40m signing Milos Kerkez.

As it stands Robertson’s contract is due to expire in summer 2026 and there has been radio silence over a renewal. Earning a reported £160k per week it would be a surprise if Richard Hughes sanctions a deal like that for a reserve left-back.

And so Robbo will have to consider offers from elsewhere. Celtic and Atletico Madrid are among the teams named as potential suitors - while Tottenham came close to landing the defender in January.

According to a new report in TEAMtalk Wrexham now have plans to move in for Robertson - and the Hollywood-owned Championship outfit are also keen on adding Harry Wilson.
