Before Algeria's match against Botswana at the Hocine Aït Ahmed Stadium in Tizi Ouzou this Thursday, Kebbal shared his thoughts.

Back with the national team after being called up in 2021 without getting to play, Kebbal is already fired up for his debut in Tizi Ouzou. "It's my first time in Tizi Ouzou. I've heard about it, people told me it was incredible. I can't wait to see it for myself tomorrow. I know the fans always have our backs, and I know the atmosphere will be electric." he said.

He continued: "I'm very proud to be back on the squad list, and now my goal is to stay here. I have to keep working, because it's not easy to be part of this team (…) As a footballer, you set goals, and you always want to be among the best. I need to work hard and perform well to make all the future squads. That's everyone's goal here. I've been working toward this for four years, and now I've made it."
