Angeliño’s physical problems are still hampering him.

Flu and asthmatic bronchitis have, in fact, hampered the full-back’s return to the pitch, and he hasn’t played at the “Fulvio Bernardini” stadium in over ten days.

As reported by Sky Sport, Angeliño didn’t train today either and is a serious doubt for both Viktoria Plzen and the match against Sassuolo at the Mapei stadium.

Gian Piero Gasperini will therefore have to reshape the left flank: after Wesley was used against Inter, the Brazilian is now in contention for a spot on the bench against Kostas Tsimikas, who sat on the bench against the Nerazzurri.
