Arda Güler sends message to Barcelona’s Lamine Yamal ahead of international clash | OneFootball

Real Madrid starlet Arda Güler has sent a message the way of Barcelona counterpart Lamine Yamal, ahead of their upcoming meeting on the international front.

Arda and Lamine are primed to lock horns on Sunday evening, in a World Cup qualifying clash between Turkey and Spain.

Much of the chatter in the buildup to the fixture, in turn, has inevitably centered on the impending showdown between two of Spanish football’s standout young talents.

Both fresh off stellar starts to the new La Liga season, Arda and Lamine will no doubt be hopeful of making a telling impact in Konya on Sunday.

Speaking to the media in anticipation of the matchup, it therefore came as little surprise when the name of the latter was put to Real Madrid talent Arda.

And after first playing down comparisons between the pair, the 20-year-old went on to send a message of good luck the way of Lamine:

“Me and Lamine Yamal don’t play in the same position, our styles are different, it wouldn’t be right to compare. He plays for Barcelona and I for Real Madrid, I wish him all the best for tomorrow.”
