Barcelona were dealt yet another major blow this week as they lost star player Lamine Yamal due to another injury.
The youngster, coming back from a brief layoff, felt pubic discomfort right after the PSG game, which led to fears over another injury.
Barcelona subsequently confirmed that he will be ruled out for two to three weeks once again, with Spain also announcing his withdrawal from the squad.
It has been reported earlier that Yamal’s pubic discomfort had appeared again after the game against PSG, with the forward seen limping off after the match.
Now, Cataluyna Radio (h/t FCB World) reports that Yamal had a difficult time dealing with the discomfort, failing to even lie down on his bed.
As a matter of fact, the young forward could not even stretch out in his bed after the injury, as he was dealing with insurmountable pain.

This is not a good sign for Barcelona, who have had to deal with a myriad of injuries over the past four weeks or so.
Yamal picking up another knock and being out three weeks could seriously impact their prospects in upcoming matches against Sevilla and Girona.
It must be noted that Barça are already dealing with the absence of Fermin Lopez and Gavi in the creative department.
Even Raphinha is currently out due to an injury suffered against Real Oviedo, thereby leaving Hansi Flick with limited options ahead of the Sevilla game.
Barcelona will hope that Yamal can recover in time for the October 26 clash against Real Madrid, which will be a must-win contest for the Catalans.
