Barcelona in ongoing contact with agent of Juventus star | OneFootball

La Liga giants Barcelona are in continuous discussion with the representatives of a member of the attacking ranks at Italian outfit Juventus.

That’s according to Diario Sport, citing Tuttosport, who point to Dušan Vlahović as the player in question.

Frontman Vlahović is for his part widely expected to be on the move next summer. As much comes with the Serbian due to see his contract terms with Juventus expire, and little progress having been made in talks between the parties regarding a renewal.

A whole host of clubs, in turn, are understood to be keeping a close eye on Vlahović’s situation.

And as alluded to above, chief amongst them are none other than Spanish champions Barcelona.

As per a report from Sport:

”Tuttosport’ reveals that Barça’s sporting director, Deco, has been in contact since August with the player’s agent, Darko Ristic, to inquire about his situation.’

As of yet, the Blaugrana have not gone as far as to table an offer.

But with Robert Lewandowski primed to move on upon the season’s close, Vlahović has evidently been identified as a potential replacement.
