Barcelona star holds 2-and-a-half hour meeting with his agent | OneFootball

A member of the attacking ranks at La Liga champions Barcelona on Wednesday held a lengthy meeting with his agent and representative.

The player in question? Lamine Yamal.

Wide-man Lamine is for his part fresh off marking his return to the grass in Catalunya’s capital.

After sitting out the international break with Spain through injury, the 18-year-old has over recent days begun to ramp up his recovery efforts.

The hope, in turn, is that he will be cleared to play at least some part against Girona this weekend.

As alluded to above, though, matters on the pitch were not the only prominent factor in Lamine’s day in Barcelona on Wednesday.

In addition, the young winger sat down for an in-depth meeting with super agent Jorge Mendes.

As per a report from El Chiringuito TV, Lamine and Mendes convened for a discussion lasting two-and-a-half hours earlier today.

The central subject of the meeting remains known.

Mendes, from here, also linked up with Barca sporting director Deco, to discuss matters surrounding both Lamine and his other clients in Hansi Flick’s Blaugrana squad.
