A leading member of the summer transfer wishlist at La Liga giants Barcelona has on Friday dropped what many have construed as a hint regarding his potential arrival at the Camp Nou.

The player in question? Marcus Rashford.

Wide-man Rashford of course finds himself firmly back on the agenda at Barcelona with a view to next season.

Amid an ongoing search for reinforcements out wide, the Englishman has emerged as a legitimate option to add to Hansi Flick’s frontline.

In fact, just today, Rashford was labelled as Barca’s new ‘clear number one target’.

All associated with the Blaugrana, in turn, will no doubt be interested to learn of the Manchester United man’s latest activity on social media.

This comes after eagle-eyed fans spotted that Rashford has begun following both Pedri and Robert Lewandowski on Instagram.

A coincidence? Or a nod to two players whom he will soon call teammates?
