Inter Milan travel to the Unipol Domus to face Cagliari tomorrow afternoon, with siblings Sebastiano and Francesco Pio Esposito coming head-to-head for the first time.

As per FCInterNews, this season saw the Esposito brothers became the 120th pair of siblings to each play at least one game in Serie A.

However, after years at the same club, they are now playing for opposing sides.

Sebastiano, the elder brother, left Inter this summer to join Cagliari on loan with an obligation-to-buy.

Meanwhile, Francesco Pio has only just entered the Nerazzurri first team but has already impressed with his performances.

Sebastiano Esposito already has 44 Serie A appearances under his belt, scoring nine goals in Italy’s top flight.

His little brother, meanwhile, has played just three times in the league and is yet to score his first goal.

The Espositos are the 120th pair of siblings in Serie A but FCInterNews note it is not the first time that two brothers have come head-to-head on the field this season.

In the Derby d’Italia a fortnight ago, brothers Marcus and Khephren Thuram did battle for the first time properly in Serie A, with the latter emerging victorious as Juventus won 4-3.
