Manchester United will entertain Sunderland at Old Trafford this Saturday afternoon as they look to secure all three points at home in the Premier League. The Red Devils suffered a disappointing 3-1 loss away at Brentford recently, so they would be desperate to get a positive result against the Black Cats this weekend.
Ruben Amorim will stick with his favoured 3-4-2-1 formation and is expected to make some tweaks to his first XI for this game. Both Casemiro and Leny Yoro could play from the start of this contest, while Manuel Ugarte and Harry Maguire make way for them and drop to the bench.
Altay Bayindir will function in goal for the Red Devils after shipping in three goals in his last outing. Amorim could opt for a back three of Leny Yoro, Matthijs de Ligt and Luke Shaw as they try to keep things solid at the back during the 90 minutes.
Harry Maguire will provide cover for the defensive positions on the bench.

Casemiro and Bruno Fernandes will anchor the midfield for Man United as they look to win the 50-50 battles at the centre of the park.
Patrick Dorgu will hope to prove his worth as the left-sided wide player, while Diogo Dalot looks to impress on the right flank. Both of them will be instructed to make some overlapping runs out in the wide areas.
Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo will play as the attacking midfielders for the Red Devils. They would both have to carry most of the offensive workload for Man United up top.
Manuel Ugarte and Mason Mount will have to be content with a spot on the bench as they wait for their chance to shine in the second 45 minutes if needed.
Benjamin Sesko will spearhead Amorim’s attack in the final third. He managed to find the back of the net versus Brentford last weekend, which should give him some confidence ahead of this game.
Joshua Zirkzee will be available for selection on the bench and might come on to influence the game in the latter stages if Man United are in need of a goal by then.
