Chelsea face Bournemouth at Stamford Bridge in just over an hour, and the teams are in!

Enzo Maresca needs a win, but also knows that Chelsea have a big game against Manchester City on Sunday. He doesn’t change as much as we expected, but there are some significant alterations.

At the back, Wesley Fofana comes back into the team to play with Trevoh Chalobah centrally.

Out wide we’ve got Josh Acheampong at right back and Malo Gusto at left back. Reece James is rested and on the bench.

In midfield, Moises Caicedo plays alongside Enzo Fernandez. It’s an interesting setup ahead of them. Liam Delap leads the line, with Alejandro Garnacho and Estevao out wide.

Cole Palmer, who came off after 70 minutes on Saturday, is playing as a number 10.

Chelsea’s team to face Bournemouth.

We haven’t had the chance to see Cole Palmer and Estevao start together in attack many times, so we’re excited to see what they can produce. Neither has been in great form of late, so we have to manage our expectations, but a struggling Bournemouth team who will leave themselves pretty open should give a great chance for both to shine.

It’s also a huge chance for Liam Delap, making a Premier League start and still hunting for his first goal in this competition.

Enzo Fernandez is struggling for form right now, and there are questions about whether he should be in the team, with an ESPN podcast pointing out that he may not be good enough to play in midfield in games where Chelsea need to defend.
