Comissão de Justiça has set its first testimony in the probe into leaked proposals on Fiel Torcedor, ticketing and facial biometrics at Neo Química Arena. It follows Romeu Tuma Júnior saying he would ask the body to open proceedings.

According to Meu Timao, technology director Marcelo Munhoes will be heard on Wednesday at Parque São Jorge. He had emailed president Osmar Stabile, the legal and compliance departments and the data protection officer, DPO, last Thursday.

The Ticketmaster case is another line of inquiry for the Comissão de Justiça, which has also examined improper use of the club corporate card in the past three administrations and an audit on diverted sports material. Councillors are expected to also ask about a leak linked to a commercial approach between Timão and PicPay.

Recently Corinthians negotiated with Ticketmaster and Ingresse to manage Fiel Torcedor, ticket sales and facial recognition. Ticketmaster’s offer, R$ 100 million then R$ 150 million in advances plus R$ 40 million sponsorship over five years, was withdrawn after a public leak.

The episode sparked internal fallout and a political crisis, reaching compliance. Marketing declined to confirm figures and said it did not know the source. Technology and Expansão e Inovação initially said the press already held the information.

As checks advanced, the view shifted to a leak elsewhere, since few people saw the full proposals. Only four senior figures had complete access, Osmar Stabile, Armando Mendonça, Fábio Soares and Ricardo Okabe. There is information Stabile is said to know the source, with no action yet.

There is no timetable, and the Comissão de Ética e Disciplina is expected to take over once reports are drafted. Separately, Munhoes warned the data was confidential, urging formal steps, record preservation, responsibility reviews and possible referral to authorities.
