Corinthians loan academy midfielder to Juventude

Late Wednesday afternoon (18), Corinthians officially announced the departure of midfielder Nicole Marussi, 22, on loan to Juventude until the end of 2026 – which is also when her contract with the club from Parque São Jorge ends. Last season, she was loaned to Santos, which competed in the Brasileirão Feminino Série B and Paulistão, where she played only 14 matches, scoring three goals and providing one assist.

Nicole Marussi joined Corinthians' youth team in 2022 to be part of the Under-20 team, right after having played for Santos between 2018 and 2021. In the Under-20 team of Alvinegro from Parque São Jorge, she scored 14 goals in 43 games. After aging out of the younger categories, following the 2024 Women's Copinha, she was promoted to the professional squad of the Brabas. There, she had little opportunity and played only nine games, providing one assist.

As mentioned at the beginning of the article, she returned to Santos on loan in the 2025 season, but the club from Baixada decided not to keep the player in 2026. As a result, she returned to Corinthians, where she will also not be utilized, and is therefore being loaned to Juventude, from Rio Grande do Sul, for one year.

“Sport Club Corinthians Paulista announces that it has agreed to loan midfielder Nicole Marussi to Esporte Clube Juventude. The agreement provides for the transfer of the athlete's sporting rights to the club from Rio Grande do Sul until the end of the 2026 season. Coming from Timão's youth categories, Marussi was integrated into the professional squad in the 2023 season. In total, the midfielder played nine matches for the main team, contributing with one assist. In the Under-20 category, she played in 43 matches and scored 14 goals.”
