Corinthians men's staff visit women's training, goalkeeper returns

This Wednesday, the 29th, the Corinthians Women's squad continued their training at the training center, with an unusual visit during the activities. The men's team coach Dorival Júnior and the football executive Fabinho Soldado were present on field 4, watching part of the session led by the Brabas' coach Lucas Piccinato. Director Iris Sesso was also present.

Another highlight of the training was the presence of goalkeeper Nicole Ramos, who returned to activities after undergoing surgery on the fifth finger of her right hand. The player only performed physical exercises, as she is still recovering from the procedure carried out last week to repair a complete rupture of the central band of the finger extensors, suffered during the Copa Libertadores final against Deportivo Cali-COL.

In a post on social media, Corinthians highlighted the goalkeeper's return to the training center and wished her a speedy recovery. It is worth noting that the club and the player are in talks to renew her contract, as Nicole's current deal runs only until December this year. Expectations for the contract extension to be finalized, however, are high.

The Brabas' training sessions will continue this Thursday, the 30th, as they prepare for the Majestoso this Saturday, November 1st, at 11 a.m. (Brasília time), at Parque São Jorge. The match will be valid for the 11th round of the Women's Paulista Championship. Corinthians leads the first phase, with 27 points earned.
