Corinthians release ticket details for Paulista quarter-final at Portuguesa | OneFootball

Corinthians have opened ticket sales for Sunday’s Paulista quarter-final at Portuguesa’s Canindé, kick-off 20:30. According to Meu Timao, away supporters will be in the arquibancada and can enter via gates 8 to 12 from 18:30.

The club has around 7,500 tickets after an equal split agreed with Portuguesa. Prices are set at R$ 160 by the home club. Sales will run on the Fiel Torcedor site in stages based on plan and member points, and this match will not count towards Corinthians’ loyalty programme.

Corinthians return to Canindé for the first time in 12 years, their last visit a 1-0 win over Cruzeiro in the 2014 Brasileirão. They have a strong record at the venue, with only one defeat in their last 13 games there, against Botafogo in the 2000 Copa do Brasil. Since that loss they have recorded eight wins and four draws.

On Sunday the Parque São Jorge club are the visitors after finishing the first phase in fifth, behind Portuguesa. In the fixture’s history Corinthians lead with 144 wins, 60 defeats and 56 draws from 260 meetings.

If they progress, the team could earn home advantage in the following rounds, provided their next opponents have an inferior overall campaign. Ticket windows open at 10:00, 13:00 and 17:00 on 18 February for members with 80, 50 and 20 points respectively, and for paying members on the Meu Amor plan. They then open at 11:00 on 19 February for all members in good standing.
