Didier Deschamps has named Désiré Doué and Manu Koné in France’s starting XI for Thursday’s World Cup quarter-final against Morocco in Foxborough, Massachusetts.
According to L'Équipe, Doué returns after Bradley Barcola started the last two games, wins over Paraguay, 1-0, and Sweden, 3-0.
The younger of the two Paris Saint-Germain wingers, 21, will be up against Achraf Hakimi on that flank.
Aurélien Tchouaméni has not recovered in time from a thigh issue, so Koné starts again, his second in a row and fourth of the tournament.
Lucas Digne keeps his place at left-back. France are expected to remain in a 4-2-3-1, as they have throughout the World Cup.
France XI: Maignan, Koundé, Upamecano, Saliba, Digne, Ma. Koné, Rabiot, O. Dembélé, Michael Olise, D. Doué, K. Mbappé (c.).
