According to Absolut Fussball, BVB are closely tracking Johan Manzambi, the versatile midfielder from SC Freiburg. The 19-year-old Swiss international has broken into the senior national team and featured in 13 Bundesliga matches last season, registering 2 goals and 2 assists. He also has 1 goal in 4 appearances for Switzerland.

Despite recently extending his contract with Freiburg, the young midfielder of Congolese descent is already attracting attention from elsewhere. Chelsea FC are reportedly interested as well, but could consider signing him via their partner club Racing Strasbourg in Ligue 1.
