Enzo Maresca has shared what happened when Behdad Eghbali and the sporting directors went to the Chelsea dressing room after the defeat to Brighton.
Chelsea slumped to back to back league defeats as they went down 3-1 at Stamford Bridge against Brighton, despite being in control.
The Blues were 1-0 up at half time, but a needless red card early in the second half once again put them in a difficult position, and they simply couldn’t hold on.
Enzo Fernandez had given Chelsea the lead, and the Blues had limited Brighton to virtually nothing in the opening period.
However, for the second week running the game changed because of a red card, this time Trevoh Chalobah getting sent off for denying a goalscoring opportunity.

It was yet another mistake from a Chelsea player, and Maresca feels a lack of experience is contributing to the amount of errors being made.
Unfortunately Maresca once again went defensive with his substitutions which invited pressure onto Chelsea, with Danny Welbeck eventually scoring the equaliser.
It looked like Chelsea would hold out for a draw, but yet more defensive errors saw them concede twice in added time.
The defeat heaps on more pressure, and Eghbali and the sporting directors were seen going to the dressing room at full time, but Maresca explained it was just a normal visit.
“No, they have been inside the changing room like always, we have an office inside the changing room where after every game we sit and talk about the game, but they didn’t say nothing to the players, it was nothing, completely different compared to the rest of the team,” he told his post match press-conference.
Chelsea have just eight points from a possible 18, and many would have expected a much better start to the season given the run of fixtures.
The pressure is certainly building and the Blues face two huge games next week before the October international break.
