Esportes da Sorte, Corinthians’ main shirt sponsor, staged an on-pitch dinner for the Brabas at Neo Química Arena on Wednesday, attended by players, staff and club directors.

Images from the decorated set-up were shared by several squad members. Meu Timao reports the gesture was tied to Women’s Month and International Women’s Day on 8 March, and department director Iris Sesso thanked the betting company for the tribute.

The bookmaker has occupied the prime space on Corinthians’ kit since July 2024, during Augusto Melo’s presidency, initially as a courtesy while the main deal was negotiated. Of the estimated R$103 million annual value of the previous contract, only R$2 million went to the women’s team last year, with no funds for futsal or basketball.

The women’s department and other modalities could seek an exclusive master sponsor, under which Esportes da Sorte would shift to another shirt placement. The new agreement is set at R$150 million per year fixed, rising to R$200 million with targets, through 2029.

It was the team’s second visit to the Arena this week, after Emily Lima’s side beat América Mineiro 4-0 there on Monday in the Brasileirão Feminino’s fourth round. Corinthians face Botafogo at Nilton Santos on Friday at 19:00 in round five.
