Estevao Willian is a great kid, who has made an amazing impact in his first year in the Premier League. So what has he found most challenging?
Estevao is such a mature person for someone so young, both on and off the pitch. So it’s interesting to hear what he’s found his hardest challenge since moving to Chelsea. Everything seems to come so easily to him -what’s been most difficult?
As you might expect, it’s nothing to do with what happens on the pitch.

“The hardest challenge has been the weather, I even saw snow for the first time recently. The sun and heat are standard almost all year in Brazil, but even when it’s cold there, it’s nothing like the temperatures here,” the winger said in his interview on the club’s official website.
“The winter has been cold, but even though it’s very different from Brazil, I’m getting used to it. My family have been very important over this time. Over Christmas, for example, I was with them, and it was great because we were together.”
He’ll get used to it. He’s already doing his best to adapt by getting stuck in to learning English. Let’s just hope the sunnier climes of Spain don’t come calling in the long run. We want this kid here for his whole career if we can. Come wind, come rain, come sleet, come snow…
Landon Emenalo is a rising star in the academy, and we’re keen to see his first team debut – it should be coming up very soon.
Dario Essugo is closing in on a really you really don’t want to have – it’s a race against time for the summer signing now.
