Fenerbahçe could move for Benfica right-back Amar Dedic if Nélson Semedo leaves this summer, SportSport reports.

Semedo left for Türkiye in 2025 to join Fenerbahçe, despite contacts with Benfica and expectations of a return. The 32-year-old has one year left on his deal and is of interest to several Saudi clubs, including Al Shabab.

Dedic arrived from Salzburg last summer for 12 million euros and quickly became influential. His World Cup involvement boosted his value, and at 23 he is tied to Benfica until 2030 with a 50 million euro release clause.

Marco Silva currently has Dedic, Alexander Bah and Daniel Banjaqui for the right side, with Dedic ahead to claim the role. The new coaching staff do not plan to lose the former Salzburg and Marseille full-back.

Last season Dedic featured in 43 matches for Benfica, scoring one goal and supplying four assists. His displays underlined his importance as a reliable option on the right.
