Fiel Fazendinha, a supporters’ collective for Corinthians Women, has urged the club to be transparent about how money from the Fatal Fans sponsorship will be allocated.
According to Meu Timao, the group wants details of signings and structural upgrades funded so far, such as staff, academy and working conditions. It also queried a shift towards debt repayment and whether liabilities involve the women’s squad.
It stressed the issue is not the deal itself, but clear, regular breakdowns by department, since fans have the right to monitor spending the club called essential.
The first instalment of the R$ 22 million agreement, which runs to December 2027, has been paid. Just under R$ four million was deposited on the sixth, two days after the partnership was announced.
The money is not expected to fund additions to the women’s squad. Talks to sign forward Gabi Nunes ended on the 10th, and the internal view is to prioritise paying debts.
Fatal Fans branding has already appeared on futsal, on the 10th against Minas in the LNF, and on men’s shorts two days later versus Cascavel.
The women’s team are due to debut the partnership on Friday against Ferroviária at 19:00 at Fazendinha in the Campeonato Paulista. Under club conditions, their shorts will carry social or educational campaigns instead of the company’s name or logo. The chosen action has not been confirmed.
