Fiorentina plot to utilize the possible, if not likely, windfall coming from the sale of Pietro Comuzzo on multiple signings and are going after Nicolò Zaniolo and Nicolò Fagioli for starters. They’ll give their greenlight if Napoli offer €35M in total, Quotidiano Sportivo informs.

They are already in advanced talks to sign the Atalanta attacker. He’s still on loan from Galatasaray. Gian Piero Gasperini wouldn’t stand in the way despite the recent injury suffered by Ademola Lookman The front office should okay his exit once they finalize the acquisition of Daniel Maldini.

Fiorentina are closing in on a similar type of deal for Zaniolo, while they need to guarantee Fagioli would stay permanently for Juventus to accept. The Viola have reached an agreement in principle with the Turkish side. They’d paid half of the fee owed by Atalanta for this campaign, €1.7M, and contribute to covering his €2.5M wages. Plus, they’d take over the €16M conditioned obligation to buy. It’d be triggered if he starred in 60 percent of the matches.

The Gigliati are in talks with Juventus to try orchestrating a similar operation for the Azzurri midfielder. They are also keen on Monza’s Warren Bondo. Instead, Verona’s Danilo Ghilardi and Diego Coppola are on their defensive shortlist.
