Andrée Jeglertz’s side reached the last-eight in the historic competition following the fine display at the Joie Stadium.

A Lauren Hemp brace inside the first 11 minutes gave the hosts the perfect start in Manchester and Aoba Fujino extended the advantage before half-time with a fantastic finish.

The intensity dropped slightly following the break as we protected our lead, but Laura Coombs rounded off the scoring deep into stoppage time as we booked our place in the quarter-finals.
