Getafe handed a timely boost before Real Madrid clash | OneFootball

La Liga outfit Getafe have been afforded some altogether positive news on the personnel front, ahead of their upcoming meeting with Real Madrid.

This comes owing to developments at the U20 World Cup.

Getafe recently saw one of the club’s star performers from the early weeks of the campaign depart for international duty, with Spain.

The player in question was Adrián Liso, called up by La Rojita for the U20 World Cup.

Frontman Liso has for his part found the net three times in five appearances at club level this season.

And he looks set to be back at the disposal of José Bordalás for Getafe’s post-international break return to the pitch against Real Madrid.

As much comes after Spain were sent packing from the U20 World Cup over the weekend, owing to a 3-2 defeat at the hands of Colombia.

Getafe are scheduled to play host to table-topping Real Madrid in a La Liga clash this coming Sunday, October 19th.
