Gladbach in the chasing pack for Stade Reims midfielder Zabi | OneFootball

As Fußball Transfers has learned from sources in France, Borussia Mönchengladbach are among the clubs interested in Patrick Zabi. 

Zabi supposedly wants to take the next step in his still young career away from Stade Reims as soon as possible.

The Ligue 2 side are aware of this, but also want to be adequately compensated in the event he makes a sudden departure. 

Furthermore, the central midfielder is being monitored by Brentford, Crystal Palace, Fulham, and an unnamed Italian club.

Paris Saint-Germain have shown the most concrete interest in the youngster and are even prepared to invest a substantial sum.

No wonder, given Zabi's extremely interesting profile. The 1.91-meter-tall right-footer combines power with agility.

Thanks to his stature, he is very strong in the air, but also technically gifted – a box-to-box player reminiscent of Yaya Touré or Paul Pogba.
